Terms and conditions of booking and cancellation policy
There is no charge for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the arrival date.
For cancellations that will take place between 7 and 21 days, there is a charge of 30% to the total of stay.
From 2 to 6 days the charge is 50% of the stay.
Cancellation or no arrival on the scheduled day is charged 100% of the stay.
Please note that!
Arrival time is after 14.00 and departure time is by 12.00. The hotel has the right upon the receiving of a booking to preapprove the credit card. By carrying out a booking you declare absolute awareness of the reservation policy, payment and cancellation of the hotel. The Hotel have the right to ask you for a full payment at your arrival.
The hotel has the right to cancel the booking if the information on the credit card is invalid. So as to avoid predicaments, please keep a copy of your reservation to present to the hotel on your arrival.
The charge and the payment transactions for your stay and the services provided is done in euros.
From 12.00 to 18.00 o’clock a half day stay is charged.
In case that the visitor wishes to prolong his stay, he has to contact in good time with the department in charge of the hotel. However, we can’t guarantee the extension of his stay in the same room.
